| How long does it take to create my personal wedding
website? |
| Once you fill out our simple registration form, your website will
be created instantly and your visitors can then immediately access
your personal website through the Internet. |
| What if I already have my own registered domain
address? |
| No problem. Email us and we will help you direct your website address
to point to your wedding website hosted on our servers. |
| When will my wedding website be available? |
Once you sign up for your free trial by filling out our easy registration
form, your website will be immediately accessible by your guests. To
customize your website, you will need to log into your Control Panel
to add text, upload pictures, and manage all aspects of your website. |
| How long will my website remain online? |
When you first activate your website, your site
will be online for 24 months. After the 24 months, you can renew
your website if you want us to continue to host and maintain your
website. This will allow you to continue updating and adding to your
site even past your wedding date (e.g., add photos to your photo
album, add your honeymoon story , etc.).

| Will there be advertisements on my website? |
No. Your website will not include 3rd party
advertisements or annoying popup windows like you see with free web
hosting companies.

| Is my wedding information safe on the website? |
Absolutely! Per our privacy policy, not only
is your information kept strictly confidential on our servers but
each page is password protected so that only your username and password
can access the data. You must take care, however, to keep your username
and password safe and secure for your personal use only.

| Is the website for United States residents only? |
No. You can purchase and use your wedding website
from anywhere in the world. Payments, though, must be made in U.S.
currency.

| Do I need a web hosting account or find an Internet
Service Provider? |
No, you do not need a web hosting account..
We will provide you with the disk space that you need to store all
the content of your web pages.
However, we are not an internet service provider who provides
you with access to the Internet. If you do not have Internet
access, but would like to have your own website, you can print
out the forms on the screen when you place your order (you
can do this from a friend’s computer or have someone
do it for you) and then mail or fax us the forms.. You can
also call us so we can collect the information for you.

| How do I activate my free trial? |
To activate your site, simply click on the “Pay
For Site” button at the top of your Control Panel after you
login. When you activate your free trial, your website will be available
for 24 months.
|
| How will my guests find my website? |
Once you sign up for your free trial, you will
receive an email that contains all the information you will need
to access our your personal wedding website. By clicking on the “Tell
Your Guest” button on the left navigation menu , you can inform
your friends, family and invited guests about your website. Also,
you can add your website address to your printed invitations or on
a separate card that is inserted in the envelope of your invitations.

| What kind of support do you provide? |
You can always email us at support@weddingorchid.com,
and one of our technical support representatives will get back to
you promptly. You can also call us at 904.262.7045 during regular
business hours for customer support.

| Can I purchase my own domain address (i.e. www.yourname.com)? |
Yes, you can. You can purchase your own domain
through WeddingOrchid.com and we will setup your site at no additional
cost.

| Are there any additional hidden or surprising costs? |
No. Your one time payment is all-inclusive.

| Are there additional monthly or setup fees? |
No.

| What forms of payment do you accept? |
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks,
money orders, cashier’s checks and even cash. We also accept
online payments through PayPal.
Only U.S. funds are accepted.
